Sunday, February 4th

This is our earlybird day for those who want to arrive early. Check out Bozeman, meet up with friends and get rested before the adventure begins. We will provide links to local hotels and plan a get together for those coming in early.

Monday, February 5th

1:00pm    We will depart Bozeman as a group. Plan to fly in by 11am to make sure you can catch up with the group for transportation that is provided. 

3:00pm    Upon arrival at the hotel, check in to your room, then plan on getting fitted for your snowmobile clothing and helmet.

6:00pm    Join the group at a local restaurant for a Welcome dinner and begin your adventure. After dinner, wander West Yellowstone for awhile, then head back to the hotel for hospitality or hit the indoor pool and hot tub.

Tuesday, February 6th

7:00am    Grab your continental breakfast that is provided and get ready for an amazing adventure into Yellowstone National Park.

8:00am    We'll be touring the entire park, hoping to see buffalo, elk and tons of other animals and sights. Professional guides will take us through the park. A box lunch will be provided for somewhere along the way. The park visit will go through 4:00pm.

6:00pm    Join us for a hosted Happy Hour at a local establishment featuring brews and snacks. Relive the day with your fellow adventurers. Thes rest of the evening is yours to enjoy, head to dinner, visit the casinos or take in whatever West Yellowstone has to offer.

9:00pm    Gather in the Hospitality Room for libations and stories of the day. If you are interested, there will be a special Bourbon sharing event that night for anybody who wants to participate. You must bring a really good bottle of bourbon and those who do can share with others. 

 Wednesday, February 7th

8:00am    Sleep in or get up early and do some riding or just kick back and visit a local place for coffee or breakfast if you want to skip the continental breakfast. We will be heading out on some local trails, including the famous Two Top trail where the views of the Tetons are amazing. We are on our own but many of us have been here before and we would want you to join in with others who are more experienced snowmobilers. Ride as much as you want, stop for lunch, check out surrounding areas and experience snowmobiling at its best!

6:00pm    Hospitality Room opens for a happy hour. Then enjoy dinner on your own with new friends. There are many local establishments, some you can even ride to, as well as local casinos.

Thursday, February 8th

You have a full day of snowmobiling to do whatever you desire! Head out to new trails or even consider going back into the park. (subject to guides and fees required)

7:00pm    We will be hosting a dinner for all of us on our last night together. We will share stories, have a few libations and maybe even hand out some awards to our most fun-loving adventurers! We will end the evening with an open house hospitality for all to enjoy!

Friday, February 9th

7:00am+   Grab your continental breakfast and load into the vans for the trip back to the Bozeman airport, arriving by 9:00am. Schedule your flight accordingly. There may be a later departure for those with later flights. 

If anybody is planning to stay longer, we can help arrange lodging if you need.

* You must be at least 18 years old to ride your own snowmobile.

* Double snowmobiles are available on request

* For you snowmobilers, 4 stroke sleds are used inside the park and 2 stroke outside of the park. 

* Additional days in Yellowstone NP can be arranged. But you must pre-book and go with a guide. There is an additional fee of $160 plus lunch fee if interested contact Bert@BehnkePhoto.com.

* Ski Doo 600 Renegade Sport are the models reserved outside of the park (subject to change), you may upgrade to Ski Doo 900 Renegade Adrenaline for $40/day upon request and if available, first come first serve. This must be arranged through us ahead of time.

* There are no restaurants inside Yellowstone NP, you will be provided box lunches. You may want to bring extra snacks or drinks with you.

* All rooms will feature 2 beds for 2 adults. Single rooms can be requested for additional fees.

* Snowmobile clothing provided includes: DOT-approved helmet, body suit, boots. Gloves and face mask (balaclava) are not included. Bring your thermal underwear and wool socks.

* Trails outside of the park are NOT closed at night, if you like night sledding.

* All who are renting snowmobiles are required to have a valid driver's license.
