Northern Italy September 2025

Thank you for your interest in our 2025 Northern Italy Inspired Adventure! The dates are set for September 11-20, 2025, with three nights in each destination. We will explore Northern Italy for NINE GLORIOUS DAYS!

We’re also excited to offer a post-adventure trip to Munich for Oktoberfest – yes, the legendary Oktoberfest just as it gets started!

A deposit will be charged upon registration, and an invoice will be emailed to you. Optional excursions will be billed closer to the adventure date.

Once we receive your deposit, we will issue an invoice within a few days. We will also send you forms to complete with essential travel information, usually around 90 days prior to departure. These forms may ask for passport information, vaccination records, emergency contacts, and other relevant details. An additional invoice will be issued for any optional excursions you choose.

Cancellation Policy

If Inspired Adventures Cancels or Postpones the Trip: You may choose to receive a full refund or apply your payment toward a future adventure.

If You Cancel Your Reservation:

• 90 Days or More Before Departure: A refund will be issued, minus the $1,000 deposit.
• Within 90 Days of Departure: Cancellations are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your spot with another adventurer, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

All refunds will be processed net of any credit card processing fees incurred during payment.

You are also permitted to transfer your reservation to another person, provided you notify Inspired Adventures with proper advanced notification. By submitting this application, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment Deadlines

Payments can be made throughout the year. Final payment is due by June 17th.
